Crémant d'Alsace Brut Gustave Lorentz 12%
Crémant d'Alsace requires rigorous production conditions and continuous monitoring. The grapes are carefully selected, free from impurities, and subsequently placed in the press, in compliance with the "Champenoise method". After the first traditional fermentation, in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the second fermentation takes place in the bottles. We witness the process of "prise de mousse". This natural process must be followed carefully so that the right result is obtained in every single bottle. The refinement period follows to end with the remuage and final disgorgement, for a total of at least 18 months of permanence sur lie.

Touches of yellow apple and sponge cake attract the nose. On the palate it adds ripe, friendly and appetizing notes of yellow plum and lemon together with creamy bubbles on a delicately autolytic background. It presents a beautiful union of fruit, freshness and development. Full of flavour, it has a dry, lemony finish.
