SHIPMENTS

Shipments in Italy and abroad are carried out by ABC Food Service Srl by national courier. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts. ABC Food Service reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to the billing address of the same.

Orders are shipped by ABC Food Service Srl, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be handled starting from the following Monday morning.We would like to remind our new customers that ABC Food Service can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual debit on the card takes place. credit of the customer.

This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order. ABC Food Service Srl shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unopened items can be returned for refund within 14 days from the date of shipment. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@abcfoodservice.net within 10 days of receiving the order. The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned and the desired compensation: change in size or number, Store Credit, or refund. Once the return request has been received, ABC Food Service will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by ABC Food Service. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the ABC Food Service Returns department. (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).

Reimbursament

Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used. For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.
