AURICCHIO MOLITERNO CHEESE FORM ABOUT 3 KG

Typical product of the Italian tradition, the Pecorino Moliterno Auricchio is obtained from selected sheep's milk. The long seasoning takes place in reserved rooms that give it a pleasant tasty and intense taste. The cheeses have a characteristic brown rind while the paste, inside, is clear and with the typical light eyes. To be tasted both as an end of the meal but also as a second course accompanied by fresh or cooked vegetables.
