Shipments and Returns

SHIPPING

Shipments in Italy and abroad are carried out by ABC Food Service Srl via national courier. As required by the laws regulating trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

ABC Food Service reserves the right to request new customers to ship the goods to their billing address.

Orders are shipped by ABC Food Service Srl, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00. Orders placed during the weekend will be managed starting from the following Monday morning. We would like to remind our new customers that ABC Food Service can ask Paypal to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge on the card takes place customer credit. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.


Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order. During sales or promotion periods, shipments may take longer.

In all cases ABC Food Service Srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unopened items can be returned for refund within 14 days from the shipping date.

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@abcfoodservice.net within 10 days of receiving the order. The codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation must be specified in the email: change of size or size, Store Credit, or refund.

Once the return request has been received, ABC Food Service will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by ABC Food Service.

The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the ABC Food Service Returns department.
(The courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).

The return shipment will be paid by the Customer.

The customer can choose the following compensation:

Reimbursement

Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal or bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.

The return of the items must be received at the ABC Food Service headquarters, Via SS 155 per Fiuggi 132 – 03100 Frosinone (FR) – Italy, within 10 days of written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS

To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to info@abcfoodservice.net. The codes of the defective items you intend to return must be specified in the email and a photo of the defective item must be attached in the email.

Once the return request for a defective item has been received, ABC Food Service will display the photos attached to the email. If ABC Food Service recognizes the defect as a manufacturing defect, it will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by ABC Food Service.
The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill, which must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the ABC Food Service Returns department.
