elderflower, olive blossom, almond, lemon peel, wild mint, anise, dog rose, gentian and lemon balm

Tasting notes

The nose is aromatic, the aromas of mountain herbs and spices stand out, for a very fresh and aromatic gin, quite dry with balsamic notes and floral notes that accompany those of juniper.
