Leonardo Veronesi produces his own gin which he uses in the Rivabar Cocktail Club in Riva del Garda, he has created a London Dry which has 10 botanicals in addition to juniper.

Tasting notes
The nose is aromatic, the aromas of mountain herbs and spices stand out, for a very fresh and aromatic gin, quite dry with balsamic notes and floral notes that accompany those of juniper.

left to infuse separately and then distilled in a 1000 liter discontinuous still. ABV: 45%; Capacity 70cl; distillation: in alembic
