From the infusion of Phoenician juniper berries in very fine neutral grain alcohol and the subsequent distillation in a copper alembic with a steam bain marie system, Emporia gin is born, a dry and soft gin, well balanced, perfect for mixing. A novelty from the Fratelli Caffo distillery, unique and unmistakable, in which the aromas of the aromatic plants of the Mediterranean are combined with the water of the Tyrrhenian Sea, which is added one year after the first distillation. Perfect both in pure form and mixed in cocktails, Emporia gin has already convinced the most refined and demanding palates, having won the Best Italian Contemporary Gin at the World Gin Awards 2020.
