Taking up the ancient recipe handed down for generations, we can now offer the original Val Liona - seasoned boneless pork leg - sweet or smoked, starting exclusively from pork legs with the right proportion between lean and fat. These are freshly boned and enhanced in flavor and aroma through a mixture of sea salt and natural flavors. The healthy air of the valley and its particular climate do the rest, giving us, at the end of the seasoning, a special product, with a sweet and unmistakable aroma. The smoked version is very refined, embellished with selected spices.
