L'Orso Bianco Passerina Terre di Chieti BIO 2023 is an organic wine that celebrates the tradition and territory of Abruzzo. Produced from Passerina grapes, a native vine of central Italy famous for the sweetness of its grapes, this wine is born on the hills of Chieti, on the slopes of the Maiella, at an altitude between 400 and 450 meters. With a lively straw yellow color with greenish reflections, it immediately captures the eye for its crystalline brightness.

The same aromas perceived by the nose are found in the mouth: a dry, fresh and savoury flavour, with a perfect balance between acidity and softness.

The moderately warm structure, combined with its intensity and persistence, makes each sip an enveloping experience. With an alcohol content of 12.5%, this wine is ideal for enhancing seafood dishes such as raw fish and fried foods, but it also pairs perfectly with risottos, medium-aged cheeses and light white meat dishes.

Vines grown at approximately 300 to 500 meters slm in the municipality of Frisa, in the province of Chieti which, thanks to a mild climate characterized by a strong temperature range between the Adriatic Sea of the Trabocchi and the Maiella mountains, give the grapes present the possibility of best developing the various aromatic, varietal, fruity, floral, herbaceous and spicy bouquets.
