Beautiful, golden with amber reflections, bright and inviting. On the nose a bouquet of dehydrated and sweet fruit, figs, apricots, honey, intense and very persistent aromas. On the palate it is sweet and soft, enveloping and intriguing, the flavor is honeyed, but an acidic vein refreshes and invites the new sip, it is long and elegant. Perfect with dry sweets, but also with pandoro or panettone. We also recommend trying it with blue or very mature cheeses and accompanied by jams.
