Olfactory Notes and Pairings

Fruity and fragrant on the nose, it recalls warm bread crust, acacia flowers with light notes of ripe tropical fruits. The taste confirms the olfactory sensations and is elegant, full-bodied, rightly fresh, with delicate notes of yeast. It is a wine with a strong personality.

Perfect for appetizers, hams, fish and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif.

Vinification

The whole grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is cold static decanted. Fermentation takes place at 16°C and the subsequent maturation "sur lies" always continues in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with periodic battonage.

Harvest period: First week of September Colour: Intense straw yellow with slight coppery reflections, typical of the varietal.

Alcohol content: about 13.00% vol
