DUCA DI SARAGNANO TUSCANY DRIED WHITE WINE CL.75

This white wine from the Duca di Saragnano line is produced using the drying technique. This means that the grapes are lightly dried before being pressed and fermented. The withering determines the concentration of aromatic substances, organic acids, polyphenols and sugars due to the evaporation of part of the water from the berries. Consequently, the resulting wine will be a wine with a strong body, intense aromas and a round taste.

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Perfume: jasmine and tropical fruit.

Taste: full-bodied, intense, round, sapid and persistent.
