VALCHIRIA IS THE MODERN KEY EXPRESSION OF THE LAZIO PASSERINA VINE

The nose offers fruity secondary notes of pear, green apple and white flowers, quite straightforward and not too complex.

On the palate it has a pleasant freshness and good sapidity, the body appears a little thin, with a predominance of hard characters, the finish is short-lived.

Excellent product for an informal aperitif, perfect with croutons with ham and pears.
