Mixbar Maracuja Passion Fruit

It appears pastel orange with golden yellow nuances. Bright and full of pieces of pulp, when diluted it maintains its pale orange shades. The nose is intense with complex notes of maracuja pulp and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced with a persistent finish. It pairs best with rum, white spirits and other tropical spirits. Exceptional in Vodka Sour Maracuja.

Highly concentrated maracuja syrup

Ingredients: sugar, maracuja juice (18%), water, acidifier citric acid, flavourings, coloring E 160a. Any separation of fruit pulp is natural, and underlines the quality of the product. Shake before using. Dosage: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water.
