Preparation

For the white chocolate mousse

In a planetary mixer, whip the Carte d'Or prepared for White Chocolate Mousse together with the milk, cream, salt and vanilla bean seeds. Dress the silicone molds and freeze at -18°

For the finishing

Arrange the pistachio topping on a plate, remove the semifreddo rose from the mold and place it in the center. Decorate with shelled pistachios and a mint leaf.
