Full and full-bodied, they seem to have just come out of one of those unforgettable kitchens of the past. Produced with stone-husked wheat and fine bronze drawing, they make even the simplest of dishes tasty.

They have a shape that resembles a disc, with an edge that is just thicker than the inner part which is thinner. They have a wrinkled texture and deep grooves on one side, to better accommodate the condiments generously. Our chef enhances them with a very original venison ragù , served in an aubergine and then sprinkled with caciotta , crunchy dried tomato petals and scented with mountain oregano . A triumph of Mediterranean flavors to be enjoyed while imagining yourself in front of one of the spectacular bays of our region!
