Berlucchi Vintage Franciacorta Brut Millesimato

Grapes

Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), coming from the best estate vineyards, many of which have a high planting density. HARVEST PERIOD: second and third ten days of August.

VINIFICATION: soft and progressive pressing of the bunches with fractionation of the musts; alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and refinement of the best parcels in oak barriques, where they mature for 6 months in contact with the yeasts.

Organoleptic characteristics

VISUAL APPEARANCE: soft and abundant foam, perlage

subtle and persistent.

COLOR: straw yellow with antique gold reflections.

BOUQUET: intense, persistent and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe yellow candied fruit blended with hints of Chantilly cream.

TASTE: on the palate it reveals an elegant structure and a notable balance between the roundness given by the maturity of the wine and the freshness of the acid strength.
