Lime Lemon & Ginger

Deep gold with intense straw-yellow nuances, when diluted it takes on a milky hue. The unique combination of 12.1% lime juice and pulp and 5% ginger make the aromas very intense with complex citrus (lime and lemon), balsamic and spicy notes of ginger root. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced, with a persistent spicy finish. It goes well with rum and other white and tropical spirits (vodka, rum). Combined with Cuban rum, fresh mint and lime and a splash of soda water, it's the secret to the Spice Mojito.

Highly concentrated lime, lemon and ginger syrup

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, lime juice (10.8%), water, ginger extract (5%), lemon juice (1.3%), citric acid acidifier, maltodextrin, natural lemon flavoring with others natural flavours, natural lime flavour, natural ginger flavour, stabilizer xanthan gum, antioxidant L-ascorbic acid, coloring complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins with copper. The presence of real ginger extract can naturally lead to surfacing: shake well before use. Dosage: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water.
