BANFI SPUMANTE CUVEE AURORA ALTA LANGA DOCG 2018 CL.75

Castello Banfi's Alta Langa DOCG "Cuvée Aurora" is made from hand-picked grapes from the company's Piedmontese vineyards.

Left to rest on the lees for at least 30 months, it was born with the intention of enhancing the Piedmontese territory and

its traditional propensity for the production of great sparkling wines.

Elegant and, thanks to the partial aging in wood, structure and longevity, it gives a pleasantly satisfying sip.

Straw yellow color; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and is expressed with notes of vanilla, hints of yeast and bread crust.

On the palate it is balanced, with good structure, fresh and pleasantly savory.

Pairings Excellent in combination with fish first courses,

it goes particularly well with oysters and crustaceans.
