Rum Don Papa Sherry Cask 70cl 45% vol Aged in American Oak Barrels

Sherry Cask Finish is the latest from the renowned Philippines distillery.

It has an intense amber color, with mahogany reflections. The nose is broad, with hints of raisins, toasted wood and vinous notes.

In the mouth it is very pleasant, velvety, delicate, with notes of plum, chocolate and ripe figs.

Very long and persistent finish. Rum Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish is a rum aged, initially, for several years in American bourbon oak barrels.

For its final (18 months) it will then go into 4 different types of sherry casks: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Crema and Palo Cortado.
