MASTER MARTINI CHOCOLATE DESSERT MIX LT.1

1) In a saucepan, heat the Chocolate Dessert until the mixture becomes smooth.

2) Pour into glasses and place in the refrigerator at +4°C for three hours.

3) Wash and cut the fresh strawberries into brunoise.

4) Whip Mascarpone Dessert for Tiramisu in a planetary mixer for 3-4 minutes.

5) Place the strawberry brunoise on the surface of the already cooled pudding.

6) Place the wafers (1 per glass).

7) Using a piping bag with a perforated nozzle, pipe the whipped mascarpone cream onto the opposite side of the wafer to create “spaghetti”.
