Cameo Professional Prepared for hot Panna Cotta 2 x 260 g Gluten free. Designed to easily detach from any type of mould.
It has the ideal characterization of taste to leave room for the chef in choosing the garnish - It is prepared with one liter of cream and one liter of milk per bag - Ready in 4 minutes.
To make it easier to unmold the panna cotta, we recommend using silicone molds or dipping the metal molds for a few moments in boiling water. - To lightly flavor the dessert, moisten the inside of the molds with a liqueur, such as rum, before to pour the panna cotta.- Decorate with caramel, topping or fresh fruit coulis
