Description
Pecorino Romano DOP recognized as a cheese of excellence, is one of the oldest Italian pecorino.
It is a hard cheese, with a minimum maturation of 5 months. The dry salting and the ripening period give the cheese an intense and salty flavor.
Excellent for seasoning pasta and risotto, it is used in the creation of the most famous traditional recipes such as pasta with cacio e pepe and carbonara.
It is also available in other formats.
