Alipus Santa Ana Mezcal

Produced by the Hernández Melchor family, in Santa Ana del Río, respecting the ancient local traditions; starting exclusively from Agave Espadin, grown on calcareous soils in a hilly area, which is cooked in special underground ovens and ground with horse-drawn wheels on a stone floor. After fermentation in oak vats with indigenous yeasts, double distillation in copper stills follows. All factors from which derives the unique flavor of Alipús Santa Ana, a Mezcal of great impact and power, surprising for its ethereal notes and exuberance. A reference for all enthusiasts

Limpid and crystalline, the nose is intensely expressed with floral aromas, enriched by fresh notes of citrus, herbaceous and mentholated. On the palate it is fresh and with a beautiful structure, revealing itself to be pleasantly smoky and mineral.
