Gin Mare is a Mediterranean Gin flavored with four main botanicals: basil from Italy, thyme from Greece, rosemary from Turkey and, most unusual of all, the Arbequina olive. Gin Mare expresses the union of the flavors and cultures of the lands bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. Alongside juniper, cardamom and citrus, these different vegetables create a gin with the typical scents and memories of the Mediterranean coasts. From the first sip you will always know when you are enjoying Gin Mare.Preparation: discontinuous distillation with a single distiller still, in which the plants condense separately for at least 36 hours and then the mixing takes place.
