Gin Acqueverdi takes its name from the mountain springs of the Val d'Aosta which are characterized by the beautiful turquoise-green color given by the minerals contained in the waters, which give the gin its particular taste. In addition to the strong minerality, the gin is also characterized by the distinctive herbaceous and floral aromatic notes given by the botanicals collected in the valley behind the distillery.
