Produced in the Vignola vinegar factory, at the foot of the Modena hills, it is the result of a skilful acetification of concentrated and cooked must, coming from grapes of selected vines, with fine wine vinegar.

The Balsamic Vinegars of Modena IGP have roots that sink into the history of Rome and the court of the Este family of Modena. An ancient tradition that is repeated today with intact gestures: the careful selection of grapes, the slow acetification of the must, the maturation and refinement in fine woods.
