INGREDIENTS: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI* 38% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, cooked must, colouring: caramel E150d), water, maltodextrin, cooked must*, salt, ginger 1%, natural flavourings, thickeners: gum of xanthan, pectins. *Contains sulfites.
