The balsamic cream with truffle is born from the skilful proportion of concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP and truffle from Campoli Apennino. With its bright brown colour, it has a creamy, almost velvety consistency. the taste is strong, full-bodied with strong notes of black truffle... once tasted you will no longer be able to do without it.

Ingredients: concentrated grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP 25% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), moderate starch, truffle flavouring. Contains sulfites.
