It is considered the national fruit of India, Pakistan and the Philippines, where it is used, unripe, as a condiment to accompany meat. The Mixybar Mango gives cocktails a sweet and exotic flavour, enriching the taste while leaving it fresh.

Concentrate with high aromatic yield

Pastel orange to the eye, with deep golden yellow nuances. When diluted it takes on a dahlia yellow appearance. The nose is intense with complex notes of mango pulp and aromas of ripe tropical fruit. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced with a persistent finish. It goes especially well with rum and other tropical spirits. Together with Prosecco and Mixybar Pesca Bianca Fabbri 1905 gives rise to the Malindi cocktail.
