Mixybar Cedrata

With great thirst-quenching and refreshing properties, cedar came from the eastern Himalayas and in almost two thousand years entered kitchens all over the world. Rich in vitamins and famous for its digestive characteristics, this fruit is available in syrup, in which Fabbri has preserved all the flavor and intensity. Extremely useful in the kitchen: perfect for a dessert, original for a drink, inviting experiment for a savory dish.

Ingredients: sugar, water, flavourings, citric acid acidifier. Shake the bottle before use. Preparation of the drink: 1 part CEDRATA FABBRI + 6 parts water.

Fabbri quality

It is straw yellow with golden reflections, clear and brilliant and when diluted it takes on a greenish yellow appearance. The nose is quite intense with notes of cedar and memories of Sicilian citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced, with a good citrus finish. It pairs well with bitters, white spirits and beer. Unrivaled classic Italian drink, simply diluted with soda.
