La Fiammante Semi Dried Pacchetella Tomatoes, typical of southern Italy, are produced with cherry tomatoes simply cut into two halves (traditionally called "pacchetelle"), lightly salted and seasoned with the addition of oil, finally dried in the oven. Canned and stabilized by pasteurization.

Characterized by an intense, savory flavour, which makes them particularly suitable for the preparation of full-flavoured dishes, they enrich every recipe, excellent on pizza and in gourmet preparations.
