Selected aged rums

for long years in the Caribbean they are carefully blended by our master in the cellar of Château de Bonbonnet then aged in small French oak barrels for a further 12 to 18 months.

This double aging gives the rum an incomparably roundness and creaminess and palate

The color of old mahogany, Plantation XO 20th Anniversary reveals a nose with exotic notes of sugar cane, vanilla and toasted coconut, enhanced by more complex aromas of cocoa, candied orange and cigar box.

To be enjoyed slowly, with or without a cigar

This rum needs a cigar with lots of flavour, but also some balance. La Flor de las Antillas Toro (Nicaragua) makes a beautiful pairing, with its coffee bean notes, abundant wood and undertone of sweetness.
