To be combined with aperitif itineraries with cured meats and semi-mature and mature cheeses, perfect wine for an excellent start in a journey in which there are much more structured wines, to be combined again with first courses and risottos with red sauces based on meat or vegetables, main courses baked, roasted or grilled meat.
