Lambrusco Emilia Frizzante wine - the dark one by Gaetano Righi

The wine

The care taken during the refermentation phase gives the wine a fine and persistent perlage and an intense red foam. The color is particularly brilliant, deep ruby red, characterized by a fruity aroma of black cherry, cherry, raspberry and blackberry accompanied by spicy hints. The particular maceration technique gives this wine an exceptional intensity of color and an uncommon fullness in the mouth. A well-balanced acidity with an important tannic structure, together with a well-balanced residual sugar, guarantee this wine fullness of taste and persistence of sensations reminiscent of the legendary Lambruscone of the past

Ideal for any meal. It goes particularly well with appetizers of various cured meats , first courses with meat sauces , white and red meats, including boiled ones, and medium or long matured cheeses .
