Description

Valpolicella Classico 2022 Corte Giara DOC Allegrini

Valpolicella DOC

Intense and inviting ruby red in color. On the nose, the characteristic notes of cherry and pepper are enhanced in this fresh type of Valpolicella, followed by subtle notes of medicinal herbs. On the palate it is dry and well-balanced. The traditional acidic vein finds the right contrast in the softness of the fruit, giving the wine a slender and spirited profile.

Food Pairings

Simple creations of Mediterranean cuisine, especially pasta dishes and seasonal soups, tasty starters including lard and hot bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil , hams and cured meats . It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 15-16°C.
