QUINTARELLI WINE VALPOLICELLA SUPERIOR 2014 DOP 75 CL

Giuseppe Quintarelli Valpolicella Superiore DOP wine Giuseppe Quintarelli's Valpolicella Classico Superiore was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.

It is produced 55% with Corvina grapes, 30% with Rondinella grapes and 15% with Cabernet grapes.

After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment with indigenous yeasts for about 7-8 days.

Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 60 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a ruby red colour. The nose opens with an intense spicy bouquet, enriched by pleasant hints of black cherry.

On the palate it is intense, with a pleasantly flawless and tannic body.

Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce and roasts, it is ideal in combination with stewed meats, game and aged cheeses. Glass bottle at 75 cl
