When the velvety and tender artichoke hearts combine with the crunchiness of the walnuts, a combination with a unique consistency is born.
To enjoy all the flavor of Tigullio Artichokes and Walnuts, simply add a little salt to the pasta cooking water and use a spoonful to dilute each portion of pesto before mixing it with the pasta. Store at room temperature. After opening it should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days by adding olive oil.
