Cacio e Pepe sauce ready to taste
To enjoy all the flavor of Tigullio Cacio e Pepe, simply add a little salt to the pasta cooking water and use a spoonful to dilute each portion of pesto before mixing it with the pasta. Store at room temperature. After opening it should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days by adding olive oil.
Ingredients: Sunflower seed oil, courgettes, potatoes, ricotta (whey, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), glucose syrup, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 6%, salt, whey powder, fiber potato, black pepper 0.7%, milk proteins, acidity regulator: lactic acid; garlic.
