It is a traditional Marsala born from the union of robust and complex white wines with the natural substances of egg yolk and finely crafted aromas and spices.
Floriovo Marsala by Florio is a Sicilian egg-flavoured wine with a warm and soft taste, particularly suitable for accompanying a large variety of desserts. Prepared from top quality ingredients, this drink combines the traditional recipe with a unique flavor with the curious and original aroma waiting to be discovered.
Amber yellow color with coppery reflections, reminiscent of caramel due to its brightness. The sense of smell is characterized by sweet notes of cotton candy, sugared almonds and marzipan, followed by notes of aromatic and medicinal herbs with light mineral puffs. The taste is soft, warm and enveloping, predominantly sweet and delicate, rich in hints of dried fruit and a long persistence of toasted almond.
Excellent for flavoring marzipan and desserts in general, it is also a good company for fruit tarts and dry pastries.
