Son of an ancient family recipe dating back to 1873, Amaro Ciociaro perfectly synthesises tradition and territory. Obtained from the infusion of a complex variety of aromatic herbs in hydrated alcohol, it has an intense brown coat and a nose played on the miscellany of medicinal herbs accompanied by a cinchona and balsamic note. The taste, full and balanced, is characterized by the pleasant residual sugar which makes it slightly sweetish and by a charming citrus note .
