Description
Symbol of gastronomic excellence Made in Italy all over the world, Grana Padano cheese is obtained only from partially skimmed cow's milk. Semi-fat and matured for an average of 16 months, it has a hard, finely grained, white or straw-coloured paste enclosed by a hard, smooth and thick, dark yellow rind. It has a fragrant aroma and a characteristic and persistent flavour.
