Born in the vineyards located in the area of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago and Gussago, produced entirely from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The consolidated method involves refermentation in the bottle, slow maturation and aging on the lees, not less than 18 months: it is thanks to their lysis that it reaches its particular sensorial profile, with its rich aromatic complexity. Fresh, elegant and well balanced character. Light and delicate color with gold filigree reflections. On the nose it opens with hints of ripe fruit, light notes of vanilla and a light toasted touch deriving from yeasts.
