The Busti family's Caciotta di pura pecora is a Tuscan cheese produced with pure sheep's milk with the addition of pistachios from Bronte in Sicily. The cheese is white in colour with pistachio pieces inside, it has a characteristic flavour of freshly milked milk, with the characteristic taste of saffron. This cheese is excellent eaten alone, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine such as Vernaccia.
