Piadina with ham, courgettes and fontina

Ingredients: 3 tasty piadelle, 360 gcooked ham , 240 g Fontina cheese, 3 medium courgettes, extra virgin olive oil qb , fine salt qb , black pepper qb

To prepare the piadina with cooked ham, courgettes and fontina, first wash and trim the courgettes, then cut them lengthwise with a mandolin to obtain very thin slices.

Transfer the zucchini to a bowl and season with oil, salt and pepper. Mix gently and set aside.

Grate the fontina with a grater with large holes and set aside in a bowl. Now heat the piadella in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 90 seconds.

Turn the pan over and heat for another 90 seconds, then sprinkle the fontina cheese over the entire surface so that it melts slightly with the heat. At this point, lay the slices of prosciutto.

Transfer the piadella onto a plate and add the zucchini slices, then fold it in half. Your piadina with ham, zucchini and fontina is ready to be enjoyed while still hot!
