Ribolla Gialla di Alturis has an elegant and intense aroma, with fruity notes of peach and acacia gold. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping, savory and persistent. Vinification: The whole grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is statically cold decanted. Fermentation and aging 'sur lies' take place in vitrified concrete barrels at a controlled temperature.Colour: Lively and brilliant straw yellow, with elegant greenish reflections.Applications: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with fish appetizers in general and especially with shellfish , vegetable soups and herb risottos.
