For the artisanal production of these vegetable creams we use only the highest quality and selected products. Blended and ground with sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. At the end of the processing all our vegetable creams are naturally pasteurized. These spreadable vegetable creams, once opened, expand a sweet smell of fresh vegetables with a soft and velvety texture. They can be used on croutons for the creation of appetizers, you can spread them on canapés, or they can be used as a condiment for particular sautées for the creation of really special dishes.
