Rossopizza from Fresh Tomato - Granchef Line

Versatile product with a creamy consistency

A very fine extruded pulp immersed in a natural sauce, ideal for maintaining all the freshness and sweetness of the freshly picked tomato. It guarantees an impeccable result on pizza and in recipes that require long cooking times.

Norcina pizza with luganega and champignon mushrooms

Ingredients:

10 balls of 150g pizza dough

1.5 kg Rossopizza Valfrutta Granchef

600 g fresh thin sausage

400 g natural mushrooms

2 dl cream

Preparation:

In a pan, brown the onion in a little oil. Add the sausage without the skin and continue cooking. Add the cream, mushrooms and chili pepper, mix for a moment and remove from the heat. Spread the balls, cover the bottom with a ladle of tomato and complete with the mushroom sauce. Bake and serve.
