Linguine with tomato, parmesan and fried basil wafers

- Grate the Parmesan cheese into a pan and cook over high heat until golden and crispy.

- Fry the basil leaves in seed oil for a few seconds.

- Meanwhile, cook the linguine in salted water and sauté them in a pan with the previously prepared Pomì Classic Passata.

- Plate by combining the different preparations.
