An extraordinary tomato preserve, typical of southern Italy, obtained from the particular processing of cherry tomatoes, harvested when fully ripe, cut in half (pacchetelle) and placed manually in glass jars, stabilized by pasteurization. Coming from farms of the La Fiammante supply chain in Campania and Puglia, strictly non-GMO, the cherry tomatoes processed in Pacchetelle (chosen from the varieties' 'Fiaschella', 'bulb', 'Patanara', 'Principe Borghese' and 'Re Umberto' ) are characterized by a sweet and fragrant flavor, which makes them ideal for gourmet recipes, sauces and traditional first courses but also for dressing Neapolitan pizza.
