GAETANO RIGHI SPARKLING WINE LAMBRUSCO ROSÉ 750 ML

A very modern proposal that follows the success of lambruschi combined with the technological and organoleptic possibilities offered by a great sparkling wine. The grapes come from the vineyards located in the wine-growing areas in the centre of the province of Modena in the municipalities of Sorbara and surrounding areas and in the hilly area of Castelvetro. The scent of Sorbara with the structure of Grasparossa allows to prepare a particularly balanced cuveé. The result is a sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage and a slightly intense rosé coloured foam. Particularly fascinating is the colour, medium intense pink, characterised by the typical floral scent of violet and rose conferred by the Sorbara vine enriched with fruity notes of black cherry and blueberry. The brilliance of the colour, the fragrance of the perfumes and the personality of Grasparossa give the backbone of a great sparkling wine. Lambrusco rosé sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and for the whole meal. It goes particularly well with light and fish starters, cold dishes, risottos, white meats, fish and shellfish. 75 cl glass bottle
